Every product we buy on the market is accompanied by an user manual. The user manual usually comes in several variants, in the physical one the user manual come in the form of a book or booklet and in the digital one comes in the form of a pdf file.
The User manual also known as instruction manual is a document that communicates technical information and instructions about the product and how to use it in order to assist people using any goods, devices or softwares. The user manual is written by engineers and tehnical people mostly.

We reffer to the customer app to the application that the customer accesses by scanning the qr code on the product or packaging.
