On the Left Menu column, go to Settings and click on “People” submenu.
To invite people\colaborators click on the “Invite people” button and fill the email adress, and roll you want to asign to the person.
Asign the role based on the tasks you want to asign to that user.
Recomandation asign the Admin role just it is really necesary.
